Getting the domain right

I'll find and register a domain that suits the business, point the DNS where it needs to go, and make sure the www and non-www versions both resolve properly. I also set up the SSL certificate so the site loads over HTTPS, which is essential for both trust and search rankings.

If you already own a domain, I can transfer the DNS management or work with your existing registrar. You keep ownership of the domain at all times. I just make sure it is configured correctly.

Mailboxes that look the part

Sending quotes from a free webmail address costs you credibility. I set up mailboxes on your own domain, with the sending records configured so your email actually lands in the inbox.

That includes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which are the things inbox providers check to decide whether your email is legitimate. Without them, even genuine business mail can end up in spam folders.

This is usually done alongside a new website, but I'm happy to do it on its own if the site is already sorted. Get in touch and tell me what you have already.

Ongoing support

Domains need renewing and DNS sometimes needs updating when you add new tools or change email providers. I keep a record of every setting and can step in when something stops working, so you are not left digging through registrar control panels.
