What the site needed to do

Middlemarch Construction needed a site that reflected the scale and quality of their work without feeling corporate or generic. The goal was to make it easy for potential clients to understand what they do, see examples of completed projects, and get in touch for a quote.

    The approach

I built a clean, image-led site with clear service pages, a projects gallery, and a simple enquiry form. The design uses plenty of white space and large project photography so the work speaks first. Navigation is kept simple because most visitors are on mobile and want answers quickly.

    What I delivered

The build included a clean, responsive design, fast-loading pages, clear navigation, and straightforward contact paths. Every page was written with the visitor in mind, keeping the language plain and the calls to action obvious. I also set up the technical SEO basics, including meta titles, descriptions, canonical tags and structured data, so the site is discoverable from day one.

The site is built on a modern stack that is easy to update, so the client can add new projects, products or posts without needing a developer each time. Hosting, domain and email were handled as part of the project where needed.

    How it turned out

The site now acts as a credible first impression for a firm that relies on trust and reputation. Enquiries come through the contact form and the phone number is visible on every page. The site loads fast and is straightforward for the team to update when they finish a new project.
